Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Computer Technician / Engineer (Intern) who is eager to build a career in enterprise IT hardware and support across Ghana.
This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about technology and willing to learn hands-on.
Responsibilities
- Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware (servers, storage, networking equipment)
- Support onsite and remote troubleshooting for customer systems
- Work with senior engineers on enterprise hardware projects
- Perform system checks, upgrades, and preventive maintenance
- Maintain service reports and documentation
- Provide basic technical support to customers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Fresh graduate or internship-level candidate
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and networking
- Willingness to learn and work on enterprise systems
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to travel across Ghana for customer support
